Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management or Delivery Lead experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing IAM programs (IGA, PAM, Access Management) using tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.
• Strong experience in project delivery using various methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC and both waterfall and agile models.
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
• Ability to organize work for multiple teams and show progress.
• Skills in creating workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Create project plans and budgets; coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage OpenAir time tracking system to keep projects on budget.
• Create forecasts and burn rate reports for leadership.
• Develop standards and templates for project staffing and delivery.
• Estimate project staffing for new/existing projects.
• Participate in gathering IAM technical vision requirements.
• Document functional & nonfunctional requirements for IAM domains.
• Track internal project phases and project risks.
• Monitor hours and budgets on active projects to identify risks.
• Develop content independently with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Manage multiple workstreams and intervene when needed.
• Ensure projects meet quality delivery standards.
