Requirements:

• Must be eligible to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance.
• Minimum: Associate degree in relevant IT fields or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with administering Linux and Windows servers.
• Experience with developing scripts in Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Customer-success-driven with a positive personality.
• Preferred: 1+ years in network design/operations, experience with network security, and cloud/virtualization technologies.
• 2+ years in script development in Python and PowerShell.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for end users across Mac and Windows workstations.
• Manage and support Mac and Windows endpoints, including OS updates and security patches.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) and IDP/SSO on Okta and Entra ID.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting, PowerShell, and Python.
• Support integration between Mac systems and Microsoft services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in project planning and maintain on-call support.
