Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Manager experience, with at least 2 years in Data Science / ML required.
- Excellent Statistical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistics, A/B testing, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
- Technical Tools & Infrastructure: Knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and visualization tools.
- Experience in relevant agile software development with a proven track record of delivering successful customer-facing site features.
- Deep understanding of, and empathy for users.
- Experienced in Project management software (Jira, Shortcut, etc.) and able to transition projects from executive scope to executable backlog.
- Ability to lead and drive projects in a startup environment, maintaining strong interpersonal skills.
- AWS, Azure experience is a plus.
- Experience building personalization and user-facing features is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy of leveraging data science across the organization to meet company objectives.
- Define short and long term product roadmap, owning processes for intake, prioritization, update, and reporting.
- Drive collaborative, cross-team product development with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Define and implement analytics to drive a data-driven decision-making process, managing the life cycle of experiments and customer data improvements.
- Set ambitious goals, track and report progress, and take accountability for execution.
- Define key metrics to track success and prioritize features; help plan and run A/B testing.
- Be the voice of the customer through collaboration with marketing and business.
- Clearly communicate to executives, teams, and stakeholders.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for relevant product personas, leading strategy and execution with partners.
