Senior Protocol Product Manager

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background (computer science degree, software development experience, or technical PM experience).
• Experience with protocol staking.
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in a remote work environment.
• Technologies used: Notion, Jira, Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Develop a deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances (e.g., MEV opportunities, validator performance optimization).
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our protocol capabilities to clients.
