Candidate Experience Coordinator

Requirements:

• Previous coordination experience or relevant work/on-campus experience in recruiting, events, support or operations role.
• A bias to action and are organized, flexible, and adaptable.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills; able to think creatively when challenges arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; company language is English; sense of humor a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the candidate’s champion to ensure they have a positive interview experience at every stage of the hiring process.
• Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across all Salsify offices in partnership with TA Partners and hiring teams.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling process.
• Support employer branding efforts with event coordination & project management, as well as light content creation and social media posts.
• Support ad hoc projects that support the enablement of our recruiting team.
• Learn and grow; actively seek to extend knowledge in areas critical to the role.
