Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within SaaS companies.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software and SaaS platform ecosystems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and adaptability to change.
• Experience with API-driven platforms, developer ecosystems, and tools like Jira and Aha!.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Background in corporate learning, HR information systems, or enterprise learning solutions is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategic vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and evolving market needs.
• Build and maintain an outcome-focused product roadmap while managing competing priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, meeting market needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the platform meets user expectations.
• Define and analyze KPIs to measure success and refine strategy.
• Equip internal teams with the knowledge to effectively support the platform.
