Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM software and systems integration.
• Comfortable designing scalable solutions with long-term flexibility.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and features.
• Strong knowledge in lean and agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of quote to cash/CPQ processes.
• Possesses curiosity, empathy, and passion for User Experience (UX).
• Ability to lead internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Best In Class Solutions by defining solution approaches and ensuring quality.
• Design solutions for complex workstreams and communicate them effectively.
• Define architecture principles and standards to maintain quality.
• Lead technical delivery teams, establishing best practices and overseeing QA.
• Help clients improve their RevOps tech stack and define roadmaps.
• Foster a community of architects and keep team informed on trends.
