Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and proposal design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) and project management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
• Knowledge of government proposal and contracting regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create designs that reflect Arlo’s brand and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain templates for consistent branding.
• Ensure all designs comply with branding guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare designs for print and digital formats.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with graphic design needs for company events and internal communications.
• Maintain a portfolio of design work.
