• 3+ years of experience in management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support operational cities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Liaise and coordinate campaigns; prepare and present client reports.
• Manage data collection to update operations metrics and achieve productivity targets.
• Organize logistics and ensure compliance with legal departments.
• Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with high-level management.
• Meet regularly with clients to provide reports and campaign summaries.
• Prepare and control inventory while ensuring activities remain on time and budget.
• Manage customer support and recruitment processes.
