Requirements:

• You ideally hold a CPA certification.
• You have amassed 3-5 years of relevant experience, possibly including time in public accounting or a blend of public and corporate roles.
• Expertise in SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex accounting concepts.
• Dedicated to maintaining a productive and high-quality work environment.
• Detail-oriented and continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, ensuring data integrity and reliability in all reporting activities.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting issues, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards and best practices.
• Assist in coordinating audit activities with external auditors and aid in the annual audit process and quarterly reviews.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts by assisting in the development and maintenance of internal controls and processes.
• Work with various departments to support organizational initiatives, providing valuable financial insights and enhancing decision-making processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements and implementing new technologies for better financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
