Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR setup and operations, specifically with expertise in Italy HR legislation.
  • Additional experience in Portugal, Spain, or other European countries is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in internal audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-country HR projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary expert on Italy HR legislation, ensuring compliance and smooth operations for the Italian entity.
  • Build and maintain country-specific HR policies and processes to support compliant operations.
  • Monitor workforce compliance and operational metrics using the platform.
  • Prepare and analyze workforce reports to track onboarding, offboarding, and overall workforce status.
  • Provide actionable knowledge for compliant hiring processes and conduct internal audits.
  • Create and standardize scalable HR processes focusing on Italy and other countries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
