Junior Renewals Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Renewal Specialist, Coordinator, or in a related role.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support for SaaS companies.
• Experience with Salesforce and quoting tools.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Nice to have: Team player experience, data-driven, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support Renewal Associates in providing accurate and timely renewal quotes.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, and forecasting renewal sales opportunities.
• Work closely with partners to obtain accurate cost quotes and create customer-facing quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, distributors, and internal teams.
• Use QuoteWerks for creating renewal quotes and update Salesforce data for accurate forecasting.
• Prepare reports based on renewal order Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with order follow-up and provide ad-hoc operations assistance as needed.
