Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
• 10+ years of experience in KCS, process management, and digital services, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in KCS methodology, process management (Lean/Six Sigma), and digital service solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in deepKCS systems, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, Tableau, Asana, Google Workspace, and community platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and evolution of KCS practices to improve knowledge management.
• Oversee the end-to-end process management lifecycle to ensure alignment with goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance digital transformation strategy for customer service.
