Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B sales environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, specifically leading BDRs or sales teams.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Strong ability to coach, train, and mentor team members to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 Business Development Representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team goals.
  • Conduct daily 10-minute team meetings at 9:00 AM US Eastern Time to review daily goals, share insights, and align on strategies.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to BDRs to help them improve performance and overcome challenges.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies, providing proactive solutions to drive better results.
  • Listen to BDRs' cold calls and analyze trends, including common objections and responses.
  • Lead by example by making cold calls weekly, tracking personal and team performance, and using HubSpot for analysis.
  • Send daily updates via Slack to the CRO and other stakeholders regarding team performance.
