Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, particularly in closing deals and building sales processes.
  • Previous experience in technical, FinTech, and/or Blockchain sectors.
  • Understanding of key Blockchain concepts such as AMMs, Money Markets, Oracles, Stablecoins, and Governance.
  • Interest in Blockchain projects and familiarity with stock options, vesting, staking, and tokenomics.
  • Experience in selling or managing open-source projects.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or UX/UI designer is a plus.
  • Motivated, proactive, independent, and responsible.
  • Possesses a positive attitude, customer focus, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Generating ideas of what can potentially be offered to our clients.
  • Representing Protofire at events.
  • Bringing in leads and matching them with the appropriate offers.
  • Qualifying leads and preparing proposals in collaboration with tech leads.
  • Presenting proposals to clients or grant committees.
  • Negotiating terms with clients to increase sales conversion.
  • Signing MSAs and managing accounts, including upselling.
  • Ensuring timely client communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining compliance with Protofire policies, including CRM updates and reporting.
  • Helping to improve the sales workflow.
