Requirements:

• Hold a recognised qualification in occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Have experience in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a proactive, professional approach to driving change and promoting safety.
• Be organised, adaptable, and ready to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of a comprehensive Health & Safety framework, including a Governance, Risk, and Compliance solution.
• Developing and embedding policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legislation and promote safety culture.
• Conducting audits, reporting on key KPIs, and maintaining compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
• Collaborating with senior management and engaging employees for effective adoption of the new system.
