Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers within the Product team to create engaging and effective user-centered content.
• Develop and create content for various platforms, including in-app messaging, onboarding materials, release notes, and success stories.
• Organize and write supporting documentation for product features and releases.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and translate those insights into compelling and informative content.
• Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and easy to understand across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for user experience writing and content strategy.
