Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or a related field.
• Proficient with configuring Medallia’s suite of products.
• 6 – 12 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of Medallia configuration experience.
• Experience connecting Medallia with third-party solutions, such as Salesforce.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to acquire a Tier 2 Public Trust clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand programmatic goals and technical requirements.
• Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients' feedback collection strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.
• Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks.
• Stay updated with platform enhancements and best practices.
• Develop training materials and provide client guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
