Requirements:
  • Georgia Real Estate license – either Active, Inactive, or willing to get ASAP.
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be located within a 30-45 minute drive of Sandy Springs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence as a voracious networker.
  • Ideally, a strong knowledge of the Atlanta area neighborhoods.
  • Sales experience from other industries accepted.
  • Some flexibility to work hours on some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • New Client acquisition and driving door growth for property management and property sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures using company-designated software platforms.
  • Developing marketing strategies and leveraging existing marketing tools and CRM.
  • Assisting in facilitating the onboarding process of new clients/properties.
  • Involvement in local networking organizations and making cold and warm calls as needed to generate new clientele.
