Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading dealership fixed operations.
• Proficient knowledge in automotive service operations, warranty administration, and customer experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations and Fixed Analysis Tools.
• Consultative Selling Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Extreme ownership of District Revenue, Retention & Customer Experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership.
• Responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving KPIs and executing CCA programs.
• Prepare for and conduct dealer contact with emphasis on dealer needs and GM goals.
• Analyze dealers' marketing plans and suggest ways to increase service lane traffic.
• Create and execute annual Business Plans to mitigate challenges.
• Address and resolve aftersales customer needs, including policy requests.
