Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Modeling Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis/modeling with data analysis in the financial lending or mortgage industry.
• Solid knowledge of general business principles, finance, accounting, quantitative analysis, and finance.
• Banking experience and background highly preferred.
• Competent in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
• Own laptop or desktop required.
• Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Loan Administration department.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan records within the Loan Administration system.
• Supervise data entry, payment processing, and uploading of payment schedules.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external requests for loan-related documentation.
• Lead the preparation and approval process for loan amendments.
• Perform and oversee daily audits of loan records to maintain data integrity.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
