Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Modeling Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis/modeling with data analysis in the financial lending or mortgage industry.
• Solid knowledge of principles of general business, finance, accounting, and quantitative analysis.
• Banking experience highly preferred.
• Competent in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Must have own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment).
• Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Loan Administration department.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan records within the Loan Administration system, supervising data entry, payment processing, and uploading payment schedules.
• Coordinate and respond to internal and external requests for loan-related documentation, such as payoff letters, payment histories, and performance status reports.
• Lead the preparation and approval process for loan amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform and oversee daily audits of loan records to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
