Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Modeling Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis/modeling, specifically in financial lending or mortgage industry.
• Solid knowledge of general business principles, finance, accounting, and quantitative analysis.
• Banking experience is highly preferred.
• Competency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Own laptop or desktop required.
• Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Loan Administration department.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan records within the Loan Administration system, supervising data entry and payment processing.
• Coordinate internal and external requests for loan documentation like payoff letters and performance status reports.
• Lead the approval process for loan amendments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform daily audits of loan records to maintain data integrity.
