Requirements:

• Law degree (from a nationally accredited U.S. law school is preferred).
• Experience with real estate required.
• Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or loss mitigation required.
• Strong organization, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English fluency and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have own laptop or desktop for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO, toward the most effective resolution.
• Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards.
• Monitor and manage commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure activities, and related deadlines.
• Liaise with in-house and outside attorneys, collection agencies, and vendors supporting loss mitigation efforts.
• Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements.
• Prepare bidding instructions and monitor loss mitigation performance.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of debtors and facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution.
