  • 2+ years of people management experience with a team of recruiting professionals.

  • Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance to develop hiring strategies.
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on best practices.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences and seek innovative ways to enhance the interview process.
  • Accurately track candidate data and report to the business.
  • Lead a team that hires exceptional talent, particularly from large-scale banks, airlines, and tele centers.
