Requirements:

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on fast-paced, high-quality, speed-volume hiring in customer support.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a team of recruiting professionals.
• Experience recruiting in high volume general and administrative functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear communication of complex concepts.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and consistently seeks improvement.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team that drives a full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions in customer support, specifically in India.
• Coach the team to build diverse pipelines and ensure balanced candidate slates.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance to develop hiring strategies.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on best practices.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and seek innovative ways to enhance the interview process.
• Accurately track candidate data and report to the business.
• Lead a team that hires exceptional talent, particularly from large-scale banks, airlines, and tele centers.
