Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
• Motivation to grow and succeed within a sales team.
• Experience in IT system integration is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed goals for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAO) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
• Find and qualify potential clients using various lead generation methods.
• Use tools like phone, email, CRM, and sales automation to connect with leads and create interest.
• Talk to key decision-makers at target companies to understand their needs.
• Set up meetings for the sales team to present solutions to potential clients.
• Work with the team to create contact lists and outreach strategies.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
