Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• Preferred licensure/certifications include CPA, FHFMA, CNRA, or CRCR.
• Ability to research reimbursement and net revenue issues.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Use of critical thinking to query appropriate data.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical analytical and reimbursement support for functions including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party cost reports.
• Complete monthly and year-end entries for third-party reserves.
• Prepare workpapers, review, and submit cost reports.
• Coordinate Medicare and Medicaid cost report reviews and audits.
• Research reimbursement issues and provide analyses.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process for net revenue.
