Requirements:

Fluent Russian speaker.
Strong knowledge of the .NET stack: .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6+; C#; ASP.NET Core, Angular.
Experience with ORM: EF/EF Core, dapper.
Familiarity with databases: MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis; skills in database architecture, data migration, and query optimization.
Knowledge of message brokers: RabbitMQ.
Experience with microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Teamcity + Octopus, Azure DevOps, and Git.
Understanding of HTTP, gRPC, and architecture patterns.
Experience with high-load applications and AMQP brokers (MassTransit, Kafka, Azure service bus).

Responsibilities:

90% management and 10% hands-on tasks.
Manage a development team of 8 people.
Ensure the stability and reliability of the department's infrastructure.
Define and execute the technology strategy to align with business goals.
Oversee integration of third-party payment systems and APIs.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless payment solution integration.
