  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C product marketing functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS; experience in security or developer tools is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading and growing a team of product marketers.
  • Strong communication skills for simplifying complex messages.
  • Experience delivering value to various customer types.
  • Ability to work fast and coach a team.
  • Deep experience with marketing technology such as Segment, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Motivated to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for Drata’s platform.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts to attract and retain customers.
  • Partner with teams to track metrics and execute campaigns driving awareness and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to inform product roadmap strategy.
  • Build effective sales tools for customer-facing teams.
  • Develop pricing strategies and perform continuous testing.
  • Establish scalable infrastructure on the PMM team for product launches.
  • Lead the Analyst Relations program to advance category leadership.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
