Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Nepalese.
  • Available to work Sun-Fri, 9AM-6PM (GMT+7).
  • At least 1 year of experience within customer service in an IT company or call center.
  • Experience within the hospitality or technology industry is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric approach with developed emotional intelligence and high stress resistance.
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software.
  • Familiarity with ticket and helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary contact for local clients in Nepal, addressing any queries or issues early on.
  • Observe and evaluate client performance to determine ways to enhance it and provide suggestions accordingly.
  • Arrange and hold frequent check-ins, monitor client progress, and discover new prospects for growth.
  • Work alongside internal teams to resolve client problems promptly and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Proactively boost direct online sales through engagement with the current customer base.
  • Participate in local events and engage in proactive marketing activities such as webinars and exhibitions.
  • Work in a global team to exchange experiences and implement best practices.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of products and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Promote clients' interests within the organization, advocating for new product features based on feedback.
