Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with various project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
• Adept at financial management and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the management of multiple related projects directed toward a common business objective.
• Partner with business leaders to define and initiate programs.
• Provide direction and guidance to project managers to monitor cost, schedule, and performance.
• Manage program communications with stakeholders and team.
• Perform risk management and coordinate scheduling, financial and technical performance.
• Facilitate cost-benefit analyses and develop budgets for programs.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Build and inspire an effective matrixed team.
