Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Loan Processor preferably in an Australian Company.
• Deep experience with AOL, handling hundreds of loans and understanding typical system errors.
• Proficient with PAYG clients and experienced with Self-Employed clients, with knowledge of financial statements.
• Ability to use Serviceability Calculators with various lenders.
• Experience with different types of loans including Purchase, Refinance, Cash-out, Guarantor Loans & Construction Loans.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from CRM to AOL (Appyonline)
• Liaise with the Broker for any missing information in AOL.
• Attach all Supporting documents to AOL.
• Arrange for the Application to be signed by clients & Submit the Application in AOL.
• Follow up with Lenders for File updates on Approvals.
• Prepare and manage ‘Discharges Authority’ for settlements.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders for Settlement requirements.
