Requirements:

• 5-7 years of IT experience preferred.
• Project management experience or strong administrative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications include Google Workspace Administration, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or IT Security certifications like CISSP or CISM.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT security principles.
• Experience with IT support and helpdesk management tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT operations for users of Mac and on-site PC equipment.
• Develop and implement IT security policies and conduct regular audits.
• Manage IT helpdesk and establish SLAs for support requests.
• Coordinate IT initiatives with organizational goals and lead IT projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide IT support for company events, ensuring seamless technology integration.
