Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 9 to 15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in data-driven projects such as GenAI, ML, churn prediction, and more.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages including Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to present complex insights to all stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity for in-depth evaluation.
• Fluency in English and a consultative environment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI/ML & Data Science team by setting performance standards, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure professional growth and project success.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, maintain effective communication, and align project objectives with business goals.
