• 3+ years in debt recovery within the Finnish market.
• Strong understanding of local practices, regulations, and customer behavior.
• In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in optimizing recovery workflows and managing Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolios.
• Strong negotiation skills and an established network with DCAs and bailiffs.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recovery data and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and drive debt recovery process in Finland.
• Manage the default portfolio with efficient tracking, collection, and recovery.
• Implement strategies to optimize recovery rates.
• Build relationships with legal advisors, courts, bailiffs, and collection agencies.
• Stay updated on market trends and share insights with stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance using key metrics.
