Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of credit risk metrics and portfolio performance to uncover insights and trends.
• Lead the charge in delivering timely, accurate, and impactful risk assessments, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the credit underwriting flow, identifying its strengths and opportunities for optimization.
• Proactively address any credit performance issues, ensuring swift escalation and collaboration with relevant parties.
• Define and enforce comprehensive credit risk policies that align with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Challenge status quo by conducting rigorous A/B testing on credit parameters to refine Credit Strategies.
