Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven sales experience managing teams and selling software.
  • Experience in B2B selling with a consultative sales approach.
  • Understanding of leveraging the partner ecosystem (VARs, Service Providers, MSPs).
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Developed C-level network and relationships preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Attracts, retains, develops, coaches and manages a team of Territory Managers and Inside Sales.
  • Partners with Inside Sales Managers on inbound leads and targeted accounts.
  • Drives and manages revenue through pipeline development and performance goals.
  • Analyzes market dynamics for sales growth opportunities.
  • Educates team on industry factors including competitive products and trends.
  • Prepares forecasts and territory management plans.
  • Establishes metrics to measure team performance.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key service providers.
  • Serves as contact for strategic Service Providers and closes large deals when necessary.
  • Ensures alignment of sales plans with corporate revenue goals.
  • Fosters a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to deliver service to partners.
