Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience or a minimum of two years of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Valid passport preferred.
• Interest in acquiring and maintaining Insurance License(s) within three months.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training to progress to Claim Professional.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Establishes accurate scope of damages and utilizes estimates.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiates settlements and manages claims in compliance with regulations.
• Provides excellent customer service and manages file inventory.
