Requirements:

• Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English.
• A deep understanding of Webflow products; experience with other web design tools is a plus.
• Experience testing software and providing clear feedback to developers.
• Proven design background with a deep understanding of design principles including web design quality, functionality, and accessibility.
• Capacity to work independently with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated communication skills in English, emphasizing direct and honest feedback in professional interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Independently review and test 3rd party Apps and integrations to ensure they function as advertised.
• Provide expert feedback directly to developers and designers to improve their submissions.
• Conduct independent design reviews of Webflow templates and share feedback with designers.
• Manage workflow autonomously, addressing the submission queue in a timely manner using project management tools.
• Offer support to service providers and creators by responding to inquiries and guiding them in updating their Marketplace content.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for all Webflow creators, service providers, and customers.
