Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience creating functional and non-functional requirements and top-quality specification documents.
• Experience working with private cloud and/or public cloud infrastructure teams.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to support stakeholders through the full lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
• Confidently work with business and external clients to determine requirements for new systems, services, or products.
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with other business lines to gather requirements for new features and change requests.
• Creating internal and customer-facing product documentation.
• Assisting the engineers in planning monthly maintenance work.
• Working with the Vendor Management team to create vendor risk profiles.
• Translating customer requirements into relevant engineering specifications.
• Analyzing infrastructure costs and producing meaningful cost insights.
