Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in staff scheduling, especially in home care, preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and service requests received via phone.
• Coordinate home health care services during non-business hours.
• Report end of shift census of calls.
• Schedule staff members while managing multiple tasks calmly.
• Retrieve and return voicemail messages promptly.
• Problem solve and coordinate clinical issues with the on-call nurse.
