• Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude), CDPs (e.g., Segment), BI tools, and Google Tag Manager.
• Fluent in technical SEO principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with actionable strategies.
• Experience in creating performance reports for website and SEO metrics.
• Ability to align website strategy with broader business objectives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with web development technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for optimizing Xapo’s website.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve website analytics tracking.
• Apply technical SEO principles to enhance organic search rankings.
• Monitor website performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create detailed reports on site and SEO performance.
• Utilize CMS to manage website content.
• Enhance UI/UX for a better user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team for design integrations.
