Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Knowledge of coping skills and motivational interviewing
• Ideally possess skills in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue community programs for patients
• Develop relationships with local resources
• Manage referral lists and outreach goals
• Communicate with treatment team about patient goals
• Conduct clinical intakes and/or groups as needed
