Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory and quality control role in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
• Strong understanding of global cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulation, ISO standards).
• Proven experience managing product certifications and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with regulatory databases/software.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to local and global regulations, including MOCRA and brand-specific blacklist requirements.
• Manage and renew product certifications, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and best practices.
• Implement and manage quality control protocols during product development and manufacturing.
• Maintain regulatory and quality control records, including audits and compliance reports.
• Ensure suppliers comply with regulatory standards and review bulk and finished goods.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory and quality risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into strategies.
• Train internal teams on regulatory and quality standards.
