Treasury Analyst

Requirements:

• Proven experience (+2 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations, preferably in a fast-growing company.
• Strong proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform payments and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Assist with cash flow projections to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Manage cash position and daily checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets.
• Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Communicate and collaborate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on various treasury tasks and projects.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in other treasury-related duties as required.
• Create new vendor accounts in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
