• 3+ years managing paid media for marketing agencies or CPG/retail/ecommerce brands.
• Experience with large-scale digital campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Understanding of SEM/PPC and digital media landscape.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and tools like Optimizely.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with landing page creation and audience segmentation.
