Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound calls, providing assistance to customers.
• Achieve an 85% call-to-booking conversion rate.
• Schedule service calls and identify upselling opportunities.
• Promote Pipeline Club memberships, achieving a 10% close rate.
• Document and create structured processes for conversion and sales.
• Utilize technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Support training of offshore teams managing overflow calls.
• Manage escalated calls with active listening and de-escalation techniques.
