Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of managing paid/performance media for marketing agencies or CPG/retail/ecommerce brands.
• Proven experience with digital campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• In-depth understanding of SEM/PPC, display, video, and native ad placements.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to analyze metrics and create audience segmentation.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute performance marketing strategy with Sr. Brand Manager.
• Define and measure KPIs aligned with eCommerce goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external resources for media campaigns.
• Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.
• Synthesize data from various sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders regarding campaign results.
• Ensure brand voice consistency and optimize traffic KPIs across channels.
