Requirements:
  • Experience working at early-stage startups.
  • Strong examples of written documentation and/or educational videos.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product decisions.
  • Data-driven approach to product with experience using analytics tools.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously.
  • Very comfortable in tools such as Posthog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Very comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Help documentation, videos & any other content necessary to provide an excellent onboarding experience.
