Responsibilities:

• Processing suppliers invoices, ensuring accurate coding and identifying errors.
• Processing employee expense reports for compliance and documentation.
• Managing bank transactions in various currencies with accurate allocation.
• Preparing reports regularly as required.
• Maintaining finance inboxes for proper processing of communications.
• Resolving vendor issues and reconciling statements.
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements in accounts payable and receivable.
